The Greenwood Police Department is conducting an investigation into an incident occurring on Monday evening, September 28 at Walmart, Liberty Dr.
Police Captain Richie Wolford stated a mother filed the report, alleging that an unidentified male had attempted to grab her child.
After the department was notified, security camera footage was retrieved, and investigators began their preliminary assessment. Wolford added that a specialized IT technician will be assisting them with this case.
