Sign-In / Sign-Up

Depending how you access LISTY, will be the difference in how you approach the sign-in/registration aspect as mobile/tablet, and desktop can be different specifically upon device brand.

Via mobile, you will need to click the “3 horizontal lines” as shown below.

Once you click Sign-in / Register, you will see a pop-up box where you either log in or register your account.

Left Tab (Sign-in/Register) is to be used once you’ve created an account, and need to sign in to either manage your account/listings, leave a review, rate a listing, etc.

Right Tab (Sign-Up) is to be used for new users who have not registered yet. You will receive an email with your username, and password which also includes the parameters of each membership plan. Feel free to contact us if there are any issues or questions.

User Dashboard

Once registered/signed-in, your user dashboard can be accessed by either clicking your username (top right) on desktop/laptop. or by the “3 horizontal lines” on mobile/tablet.

This dashboard is where you will manage everything on the user side, and interact with other users, and businesses while on the platform.

+ Add Listing

To add your business into the directory, click “Add Listing” which will take you to the membership plans.

Each plan has unique characteristics, specifically designed for scale and interaction across the Resident News Network platform.

Business Listing Details

Once a plan has been chosen, and published, users will be taken to their listing page where you decide what information is to be published. That includes photos, social media urls, and so on. Available listing criteria is set to specific plan options.

  • Use full url link for all websites…. https://yourbusiness.com or https://facebook.com/yourbusiness/
  • Google maps are address specific and may cause an issue if not found. You can either use both the address, or only the Lat/Long coordinates. CLICK HERE to find your lat/long coordinates. Once the proper address is found, the map should preview. Using just the address if also used on a Google page, may prompt you as a selection criteria of choice.
  • Vanity URL’s are business listing specific

When completed, we’ll be notified, and will immediately publish your listing within multiple online groups to create awareness, and continually push consumers to your category listing.

Don’t forget to occasionally add minor updates to your LISTY listing, and to interact with HGWH recommendations, etc. where applicable per membership plan.
