Mary Domenica Williams, 45 of Ozark, was booked into the Franklin County Detention Center on March 30 at 12:06 p.m. Williams was charged with absconding, introducing prohibited articles to correctional facility – not facilitating escape, criminal enterprise, possession of SCH I or II LT 2 GM.
Roxi Anne Pardue, 33 of Altus, was booked into the Franklin County Detention Center on March 29 at 4:50 p.m. Pardue was charged with disorderly conduct, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Jennifer Renae Rowlett, 43 of Ozark, was booked into the Franklin County Detention Center on March 27 at 8:32 p.m. Rowlett was charged with domestic battering – 3rd degree / purpose of causing injury, causes serious danger.
Matthew Nathaniel Tusing, 23 of Ozark, was booked into the Franklin County Detention Center on March 26 at 4:07 p.m. Tusing was charged with speeding, fleeing by vehicle, driving left of center, reckless driving, failure to yield, no proof of liability insurance, danger welfare of a minor – 3rd degree, recklessly ricks physical/mental harm, resisting arrest – refusal to submit to arrest / active or passive refusal, failure to wear seat belt.
Steven Blair Durham, 52 of Ozark, was booked into the Franklin County Detention Center on March 24 at 5:17 p.m. Durham was charged with driving while license suspended, reckless driving, domestic battering 3rd degree/ purpose of causing injury or harm.
