It’s almost time again for Lavaca High School to name a new Queen. January 18th will be the basketball homecoming for the Arrows, during which one of three seniors will be named the 2019 Basketball Homecoming Queen.
Earlier today Lavaca High School made the following announcement on their Facebook page.
“We are proud to introduce the Basketball Homecoming maids for 2019! Seniors are Abby Glidewell, Hope Headley, and Abrie Rainwater; Juniors are Mallory Brittain and Hannah Hutchins. Sophomores are Sydney Crabtree and Taylor Lile. These 7 ladies are a wonderful representation of our student body, and we would love for you to come out and support them January 18th, 2019 at 6:00 p.m. for the crowing ceremony. The senior high boys and girls basketball teams will play immediately following the ceremony. Come out and support your Arrows and enjoy the homecoming festivities!”
Resident 22 News and Resident Press would like to congratulate all of the members of this years court and wish Hope, Abby, and Abrie good luck. Make sure to come out and watch the crowing ceremony and then stay to watch the Golden Arrows take on the Mountainburg Dragons.
