The Waldron Jr High Bulldogs wrapped up their 2018-2019 season playing in their final conference game of the year, against Charleston last Friday night. The boys’ team finished conference play with a 36-32 win over the Tigers.
Head Coach for the Bulldogs, Josh Atchley, says “We are playing our best basketball at the right time. Hopefully, we will continue that trend at District.”
The #8 Lady Bulldogs are up first to play in the 3A-1 Jr District tournament against the #1 Charleston Lady Tigers. Their game is on Monday, February 4th at 4 p.m. All games will be played at Mansfield High School. The #6 Bulldogs will take on the #3 Mansfield Tigers on Wednesday, February 6th at 7:45 p.m. All ticket prices will be $5 and that will go to the 3A-1 conference. Local and student discount passes will not be accepted. Only AAA passes and senior citizen passes will be honored.
