Jr Lady Bulldogs Dash Into First At Track Meet

More than 20 teams showed up at Tuesday nights Bulldog Relays in Waldron. The Jr Lady Bulldogs have been seeing success all season, coming in overall Runner-Up at the Greenwood meet and Third Place overall at Mansfield. The Lady Bulldogs closed out their last meet with a bang by earning overall First Place. This was the Lady Bulldogs fourth track meet of the year and sadly their last until District on April 17 in Elkins.

In the 100 M Dash Emma Wilson earned second place, Molly Richmond made third, Kynlyn Frayer made fourth, and Kylee Day brought in fifth. In the 200 M Dash, at second was Emma Wilson, third was Kylee Day, sixth was Alicia Sheer, and eighth was Tristan VanDewiele. In the 400 M Dash, Jasmine Nelson earned second, Molly Richmond made third, McKenzie Owens made seventh, and Bailey Sims placed eighth.

For the 800 M Run, Maria Grano earned fifth and McKenzi Stidman placed seventh. Placing in the 100 M Hurdles was Hannah Jeffries with third, Erika Gabel with fifth, Gracie Carnley with sixth, and Bianca Hinojosa with fourteenth. Placing in the Top 10 of the 300 M Hurdles was Lexee Kesterson, Maleea Sims, Maddison Hunt, Ella Engelke, and Hannah Jefferies.

The girls placed First in the 4×100 Relay, Second in the 4×400 Relay, and Fifth in the 4×800 Relay. In the High Jump, Emma Wilson placed fourth, Alicia Sher placed sixth, and Molly Richmond and Sophie Chiewtrakoon earned seventh. For the Long Jump, Hannah Jeffries placed first, Macie Davis earned second, Jasmine Nelson earned fourth, and Kynlyn Frayer made seventh.

In the Triple Jump, coming in at first was Hannah Jeffries, Nora Riedel at third and Kynlyn Frayer at sixth. In the Pole Vault, was Kylee Broomfield at first place, Jasmine Nelson at second, Reagan Adams at second, and Rylie Brown in fourth.

Throwing in Discus was Madison Goff with second place, Lily Woodard in third, Lupita Morales in fourth, and Katie Houston in sixth. For Shot Put was Annabelle Millard in fourth, Lupita Morales in fifth, Lily Woodard in sixth, and Peyton Boyd at tenth.
