The loveable Lunch Ladies of the Mansfield Middle School Lunchroom are always giving a smiling face and enjoy working and serving students each and everyday. These two young ladies bring a smile to your hungry child everyday at school. We want to thank these two and Mrs. James for all the hard work they do at Mansfield Middle School. We want to introduce you to Mrs. Treva Edwards and Mrs. April Robles. These sparkling personalities for fun and care adorn the kitchen lines everyday at Mansfield Middle School.
Mrs. Treva has been employed at Mansfield for 28 years. Outside of her time cooking delectable delights in the Middle School cafeteria, Mrs. Treva spends her time sewing and with her grandchildren. Mrs. Treva is proud to be married for the past 40 years and the proud parent of two children, and four grandchildren. Mrs. Treva’s favorite book is the bible and her favorite movie is the Green Mile. Mrs. Treva also says her favorite book/movie is Anne of Green Gables. The papyrus leafs are hard to read, but Mrs. Treva believes everyone should take time it. Mrs. Treva loves Mexican food and whenever the time comes to retire she sees herself as a dedicated seamstress. Tracey Epperson, long time Mansfield employee states that she remarkable seamstress.
One of Mrs. Treva’s partners is Mrs. April Robles. Mrs. Robles is the mother of three children and has been employed by the district for approximately five years. Mrs. Robles pretends to be shy and isolated, but her friends know her much different. She is a constant comedian and enjoys working with students everyday. During her time away from serving hot meals to Middle School students, Mrs. Robles spends time with family all she can. Her favorite food is anything that is associated with cheese and she loves scary movies. She dreams of retiring and becoming a stand up comedian and starting her own series of shows Apridea similar to the Madea line of movies.
We are so glad to have three wonderful Middle School cooks that each and everyday work to serve delicious hot meals to each and everyday student. Our Middle School cafeteria staff are second to none and work diligently to put together quality food. Cafeteria staff must work within a tight budget, multiple rules and regulations for dietary standards, but work tediously to serve great food with a better smile.
