It doesn’t faze the Waldron Sr High Lady Bulldogs one bit if they play their matches at home or away. This well-polished volleyball team gets the job done with ease no matter where they’re chained down. Recently, the Lady Bulldogs took the win 3-0 in all three sets against the Lincoln Lady Wolves. Although Lincoln gave Waldron a run for their money, they took the lead 25-15, 25-17, and 25-13.
Helping to lock down the team total of 29 digs and 10 aces were Bayleigh Lipham, Kentucky Spence, Taylor Stacy, Karissa Johnston, Rheagan Sanford, Ashton Young, and Anastasia Lynch. Lipham led the team with 4 aces and Young led with 7 digs. Waldron now sits 4-1 in conference play and 5-4 in overall season play.
The Lady Bulldogs are more than ready for their next nonconference match when they will face the 5-0 Hackett Lady Hornets at home on September 16 starting at 4 p.m.
