The Mansfield Tiger football team ended summer camp with their annual trip to practice at War Memorial Stadium in Little Rock. They enjoyed a full day of good food, bowling and a great scrimmage in the home of the High School state championships.
“We like to give these guys an opportunity to take a trip, get out of town and give them an opportunity that they may not get if they weren’t a part of our program. We like to make a day of it and enjoy fellowship with each other and end our day with a scrimmage at War Memorial. We want them to understand that finishing our season there is the ultimate goal and will be every year. We had a great time and really grew as a team. Big thanks to our football boosters for helping make this possible each year” – MHS Tiger Head Coach, Craig Bentley
The Tigers will be hosting Dierks on August 25th at 7:00 for their pre-season scrimmage.
They will open their regular season on the road against Waldron on Sept 1.
