This week, West Fork and Waldron square off against each other on Friday at 7:00 PM. West Fork is still chasing that elusive “W” after another rough time last week.
West Fork was within striking distance but couldn’t close the gap last week as it fell 19 – 14 to Subiaco Academy.
Meanwhile, Waldron can no longer brag about a perfect record at home. It suffered a painful 47 – 14 defeat to Ozark last week. The offensive line was plagued by an aggressive Ozark defense that sacked the quarterback four times.
After their losses, Waldron dropped to 2-2 and West Fork dropped to 0-4. Both Waldron and West Fork have been struggling on the defensive side of the ball (the former allowing an average of 30.5 points per game, the latter an average of 34 points per game). We’ll find out which offense can take advantage of this fact when the two teams meet this week.
GO DOGS! BEAT WEST FORK!!!!
