On Thursday, March 28, the Deputy Director of Sebastian County Department of Emergency Management, Travis Cooper, honored retiring Mansfield Police Chief Boyd Farmer.
Cooper said they recognized Farmer with a Certificate of Exceptional Leadership “for the support he provided while serving within Sebastian County to better prepare and protect the community residents.”
Farmer’s last day with the Mansfield Police Department is Friday, March 29.
