Kevin Joel Flynn of Stillwell, OK was booked into the Sebastian County Detention Center on January 8 at 11:44 p.m. and released on legally sufficient bond January 9 at 7:55 a.m. Flynn was charged with possession of schedule I/II controlled substance with the purpose to deliver >2g, and possession of drug paraphernalia – felony.
Kaelin Austin Harger of Hackett was booked into the Sebastian County Detention Center on January 7 at 10:41 p.m. and released on bond January 8 at 12:41 a.m. Harger was charged with contempt – willful disobedience (failure to pay fine) and failure to appear – class B misdemeanor.
Jenny Stane of Stillwell, OK was booked into the Sebastian County Detention Center on January 8 at 11:37 p.m. and released on legally sufficient bond January 9 at 8:02 p.m. Stane was charged with possession of controlled substance – schedule VI misdemeanor < 4oz., and possession of drug paraphernalia – misdemeanor.
Austin Randall Terry of Hackett was booked into the Sebastian County Detention Center on January 8 at 8:17 p.m. and released legally sufficient bond January 9 at 8:33 a.m. Terry was charged with possession of [schedule VI controlled substance] with the purpose to deliver >14g.

Brandon Tyler Haneline of Hackett was booked into the Sebastian County Detention Center on January 6 at 8:20 p.m. and released on bond January 7 at 8:20 p.m. Haneline was charged with two counts of failure to appear – class B misdemeanor.

Autumn Marie Summit of Waldron was booked into the Sebastian County Detention Center on January 5 at 2:26 p.m. and released to an outside agency on January 7 at 12:08 p.m. Summit was charged with failure to appear – class C felony.
