When Mansfield School District teetered on uncertainty due to it’s financial situation, newly hired Superintendent, Randy Treat went to work in his own personal way, and rode the storm.
Treat came to Mansfield School District and made many promises based on a handshake, and a smile. All of those promises were met, and some were even exceeded. When it was all said and done, Randy, and his wife Shirley made their way back to Kingston, Arkansas.
His actions laid the ground work for the school to exit fiscal distress, and to later flourish.
