Many residents of this area have already been contacted in the form of a fake email from DIRECTV about late payment or expired credit card with an attempt to pay their bill through AutoPay.
The email looks and closely resembles that of your actual bill from AT&T / DIRECTV, but it is not. It is a phishing attempt that is seeking personal information including your credit card number.
If you receive an email, it is advised that you contact DIRECTV or AT&T immediately.
