The owner of Hootie Hoo’s, Heather Cumnock, is a native of Mansfield Arkansas. She graduated from MHS in 2001 and from Arkansas Tech with her Bachelor’s degree in 2015. She also raises and breeds Cane Corsos (Kah-neh Kor-soh) at Venom Cane Corsos. Check them out on Facebook and Instagram!
