MMS Eighth Grade Students of the Month for March

We would like to take a few minutes and recognize our eighth grade March students of the month.  Teachers nominated a male and female student for their hard work and positive attitude, which they have displayed throughout this current school year.  Conner Hattabaugh has been selected as the eighth grade student of the month for March for many different reasons.  Conner is a positive leader and a student that is trusted by peers and teachers.  Taylen Berry is our female student of the month for March.  Taylen continues to work hard at Mansfield Middle School, and has earned the respect of her teachers by her tireless effort and tremendous attitude.

We are extremely proud to have such great students at Mansfield Middle School and we are even more encouraged by the impact that their parents are having on their life.  Each student continues to lead their peers by positive examples and we will be saddened by the day these two young people move to the high school.  Congratulations Conner and Taylen.

Bentley Skates Into Victory Title

It was a busy but rewarding weekend for Craig Bentley. He along with 37 other elite ice skaters entertained fan goers with their skills in the skating rink. Participents all over Arkansas showed up to battle in two events on Saturday and two events on Sunday before the final victor was to be announced Sunday evening.

After gracefully and visually pleasing the fans with his jumps and spins, Bentley found himself in the final round of the competition and so close to the crown he could taste it. It was Bentleys 20 second toe spin that sealed the deal for the judges. Congratulations go out to Craig Bentley for being crowned Arkansas Ice Skating Princess. Your community is beyond proud of you and can’t wait to see what your future holds!

MMS Seventh Grade March Students of the Month

We would like to take a few minutes and recognize our seventh grade March students of the month.  Teachers nominated a male and female student for their hard work and positive attitude, which they have displayed throughout this current school year.  Dakota Langford has been selected as the seventh grade student of the month for March for many different reasons.  Dakota has been chosen by his teachers for his great attitude and work ethic.  Kadence Mathisen is the seventh grade March female student of the month.  Kadence continues to work hard every day and sets a good example for all of her peers to follow.

We would like to take a few minutes and recognize our sixth grade March students of the month.  Teachers nominated a male and female student for their hard work and positive attitude, which they have displayed throughout this current school year.  We would like to congratulate Trey Powell for being selected as our sixth grade male March student of the month.  He has been chosen by his teachers for his great attitude and leadership skills, which he personifies throughout the school day. Carter Whiley and Sayde McDowell are our sixth grade March female students of the month.  Both continue to work hard every day and set a good example for all of their peers to follow.    
This has been our first tie for student of the month and teachers had a difficult selection with so many good sixth grade female students.
