  2. I’m very excited to see Scott Co discuss a Bill of Rights ordinance in the upcoming quorum court meeting. This is a very important issue that needs addressed and I certainly applaud the hard work and efforts made to address Scott County residents safety and quality of life.

  3. If this ordinance is passed it should be a Monumetum Step in the right direction to secure the inalienable rights given by our Creator! Many indoctrinated folks today belive the US Constitution and the Arkansas State Constitution gave them these inalienable rights that’s just not true, Rights came from the Almighty Creator!
