His expectations are, if something needs to be done, that it gets done. “I understand things come up, and if it cant be done right that minute, I expect that it will be done as soon as possible…I feel like I am pretty easy to work for.”
Following the meeting with department heads, Millard met with all the city employees and again spoke about what he expected of them.
