The Tigers have been tested almost every game thus far in their 2016 campaign. Not making any excuses, or pointing blame, Coach Bentley simply stated “we have to execute, and make plays on both sides of the ball. It’s that simple.”
Heading into last Friday nights game against Lamar, the Tigers shown they can score, but depth and overall experience have been a huge disadvantage. Bentley added, “We must fix our takeaway-turnover ratio. We have to protect the ball and get more takeaways, specifically on quick turnaround possessions.”
The Warriors bested the Tigers with a final score of 49-14.
Mansfield hosts Cedarville this coming Friday night at Home.
